Guide: How to invite new users to your Google Ads account

Need an extra set of hands in your Google Ads account? Here’s how you add new users.

Difficulty: Easy

Within your account homescreen, click on “Admin” on the left-hand side of the screen.

Then click on “Access and security“

From here, add the email address of the person you would like to invite to your Google Ads account.

In the permissions panel, select the right type of permissions you would like to give.

Be aware that if you give someone “Admin” permissions, they have the ability to delete you from your own account.

You generally only want to give that level of access to a very small number of people.

Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click “Send Invitation”.
